This afternoon the Realtor called us and said, "Congratulations! You own the land!" We first saw this land two days ago, and now it is ours! What next, Lord?

Mom and Dad have talked about the land a little. Dad likes it because the land is such a good price.
The Realtor called this morning and told Dad that if he wanted to put an offer on the land, he should do so immediately, since there also was a local auction today, which is expected to generate interest in this piece of property. Mom told Dad to decide; he decided to make an offer. We do not think it will be accepted...

We looked at our land for the first time today. (Of course, at the time we didn't know it would be ours). I didn't take many pictures...the land is very overgrown.
This is the land...very dry, overgrown, and has lots of little evergreen trees scattered over it. There is a huge, beautiful sky overhead!
